– You can cancel bike rentals free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time.
– Within 24 hours before the reserved time, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
– Up to 14 days before the reserved date, there is no cancellation fee.
– Within 14 days before the reserved date, there are 100% cancellation fees.
– You can cancel or change the tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.
– Rescheduling the tour is subject to our availability
– Within 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled departure time, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
– Until 14 days before the tour’s scheduled departure time, there are no cancellation fees.
– Within 14 days of the tour’s scheduled departure time, there are 100% cancellation fees.
– You can reschedule your tour free of charge up to 14 days before the tour’s scheduled departure time.
– If you change the tour within 14 days to 48 hours before the tour’s scheduled departure time, we will charge a fee.
Tour rescheduling is subject to our availability.
– Until 30 days before the tour’s scheduled departure date, there is no cancellation fee.
– Between 29 and 14 days before the scheduled date of the tour, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
– Within 14 days before the scheduled date of the tour, there are 100% cancellation fees.
– In case of cancellation of a tailor-made tour, the organisation fee will be charged.

– Tours continue in all weather conditions, rain or shine. The exception is a code red weather alert.
– We reserve the right to move the start time of a tour by up to 60 minutes.
– In light and sporadic rain, ponchos can be provided. In case of severe rain, we will convert the bike tour (in consultation) to a walking tour and include several indoor locations in the route. In case of rain, bring an umbrella just to be sure.

Or the length of the tour remains the same and we charge extra (€65 per hour) for our guide’s time and additional administration fees. We cannot guarantee the availability of our guide.
Private group tours will have a group price. If the number of participants in the group changes, the price may also change;
The number of tour participants known to us three days prior to the tour is the number of people we will charge;
For activities above the amount of €1000, a maximum of 85% of the total cost will be charged in advance.
Payment for the tour is made in advance and can be made via bank transfer or payment via Paypal/ Credit Card.
Participants participate in a tour at their own responsibility. Inside Rotterdam waives all claims for damages brought against them. The organization is not responsible for any injury, damage or loss caused before, during or after the tour. Any damage to Inside Rotterdam property will be recovered from the perpetrator.
