Our tours are available for individuals, groups and private parties.<\/strong><\/span> We offer three types of walking tours: public tours, private tours and self-guided tours. <\/strong><\/span>Anyone can join a public tour, which means you’ll share the experience with other individuals. Private tours are fully exclusive\u2014just for the group you book for! Both public and private tours are led by a guide, while our smartphone tours are self-guided, using an app. Whether you’re coming alone, with friends or family, or looking for a tailored experience with a private guide, we have a tour that fits your needs perfectly.<\/p>\n

The public Street Art Tour<\/strong><\/a><\/span> is available every Saturday at 3:00 PM in English from April through October. The public Rooftop Tour<\/strong><\/span><\/a> is also available every Saturday at 2:30 PM in English, and on the first Saturday of each month at 2:00 PM in Dutch, from April through October. Prefer to explore the city at your own pace? Then the Smartphone Architecture Tour<\/strong><\/span><\/a> is the perfect option. How long do the walking tours last?<\/a><\/h3>\n

Length varies between 1 and 4 hours. Something for everyone, and if you have less time than the indicated duration, we can often tailor the route and shorten it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What if the weather is bad?<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

Tours will take place in all weather conditions, rain or shine. The exception is a weather alert code red. We reserve the right to postpone the start time of a tour by up to 60 minutes.<\/p>\n

Ponchos will be provided in the event of light and sporadic rain. In the event of heavy rain, we will convert the bike tour (in consultation) into a city walk and include various covered locations in the route. To be on the safe side, bring an umbrella in the event of rain.<\/p>\n

You can cancel or change the tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the tour. Rescheduling the tour is subject to our availability. Within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time of the tour, there is a 100% cancellation fee.<\/p>\n

+15% Trip Protection Upgrade<\/strong><\/p>\n

For open enrollment tours: With this upgrade, you can cancel your tour up to 30 minutes before departure and receive a full refund (minus the protection fee). Standard cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.<\/p>\n

For private tours: This upgrade allows you to cancel your tour up to 24 hours before departure and receive a full refund (minus the protection fee). Standard cancellations require 14 days notice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Clothing doesn’t matter as long as you feel comfortable. However, we do recommend wearing comfortable, break-in shoes as you will be doing a lot of walking.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The public Street Art Tour is only given in English. For the public Rooftop Tour, private tours and self-guided tours you choose English or Dutch. Other languages \u200b\u200bare on request.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Can I book last minute?<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

Most tours can be booked until last minute. Check the calendar on the date of your choice to see if you can book it. If it says “contact us”, call or app us to check availability. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?<\/a><\/h3>\n
